Nors Lietuvoje yra tikrai įspūdingų BWM projektų, tačiau naiviai tikiuosi, kad automanus dar galima kažkuo nustebinti ir šioje srityje. Mano bandymas - su šiuo senuku BMW 318i. Švedas Fredrik Göransson šiltų kraštų europiečiams sako paprastai - žiema, garažo sezonas. Ten jis tas žiemas ir leidžia. Tiesa sakant - jau penkiolika žiemų.
Per tą laiką jo BMW paturėjo nemažai variklių, jų modifikacijų, dalių iš Volvo, Renault ir tt. Iš gamyklos išriedėjęs su 1,8 l. 100AG varikliuku, dabar šis BMW yra penkis kartus galingesnis - ąpie 500AG. Jame plaka Volvo širdis.
